FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is faulty or damaged, please bring it back with your proof of purchase within 30 days and we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
CHANGE OF MIND
As a small independent shop, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Our team is always happy to help you choose in store — please don’t hesitate to ask.
EARRINGS & PIERCED JEWELLERY
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings or pierced jewellery unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
